Jay serves as a Senior Account Executive at Strategic Images and has been with the firm for eight years. He has both new business and account responsibilities which include: Alcoa Specialty Metals, Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Gregg Protection Services, Eaton Industries, Washington & Jefferson College, Louis Plung & Company, Union Switch & Signal, Geneva College, NOVA Chemicals, Sauereisen Coatings, St. Clair Hospital, Tyler Mountain Water, MAGLEV, YMCA of Pittsburgh, Car Wash Technologies and Credit Management Company.

After graduating from college, Jay was a staff air personality for WTAE radio (1983-1987) and 3WS (1979-1983 and 2001-2003). He also co-hosted the Great Auction on WQED/WQEX television for several years. He worked as Director of Public Relations for 84 Lumber from 1987 to 1989, before forming a partnership, Harrington & Mitchell, a marketing/communications company. He worked for Production Masters as a Senior Account Executive before joining Strategic Images in 1997.

Jay holds a BA degree from California University of Pennsylvania.
